Upon approval of proposal BM will initiate your project. 1st Payment: Deposit of 40% of total project cost is due prior to commencement.
The first step is we need to thoroughly understand your business, your business goals, your customers and their expectations and behavior, and how your website factors into all of it. We'll also look at the competitive landscape to establish context and benchmarks for how your site should function and then improve on that. This stage will give us the foundation for moving forward with just the right recommendations for the design and development of your new responsive website.
Obtain content that will be utilized to complete the project within the allotted time. This will include: Logo, Images, Text (if provided by client), Catalogs, etc. Text will be provided by the Customer in electronic format. All photographs and other graphics will be provided physically in high quality print suitable for scanning or electronically in .gif, .jpeg, .png or .tiff format.
WIRE FRAME CREATION A website wireframe is as a page schematic or screen blueprint, is a visual guide that represents the layout of the website. The wireframe usually lacks typographic style, color, or graphics, since the main focus lies in functionality, behavior, and priority of content. Wireframe it focuses on what a screen does, not what it looks like. Wireframe will be provided for the desktop version of the website. WIRE FRAME APPROVAL Wireframe will be reviewed with client. BM will provide client with a PDF copy of main pages to be developed.
DESIGN PHASE The design stage typically involves moving the information from the Wireframe into reality. The main deliverables a visual representation of what the website will look like. In here we will implement the colors, structure of what was approved on the wireframe. DESIGN PHASE APPROVAL BM and Client will review the initial design created based on the wireframe. A full review of all wireframe pages will be reviewed with client, any changes will be noted.
2nd Payment of 30% of total project cost will be due upon approval of design. Once payment is received BM will commence the Build Out & Programing of the website.
Next, we'll set to work making your website a reality by building the site using standards-based technology. We'll build the front-end templates using Elementor which allows you to make updates easily, CSS, and Javascript for animations. CMS We recommend WordPress as your content management system (CMS) so you can update the content yourself. WordPress is the most popular open-source CMS in the world and has thousands of developers constantly improving it and contributing plugins to extend its functionality. PLUGINS Plugins are a way to extend the functionality of WordPress and make the admin panel easier to manage. We'll install a limited number of plugins for launch, SEO tools so you can manage the title and meta description tags, and an XML site-map generator which will help Google Index your pages automatically.
BM will review the beta website final proofreading of all site content. Any changes will be created based on imput from client. Project Completion Form will be submitted to client, signed copy to be faxed to BM by client.
3rd and final Payment 30% of original project scope and any changes of scope (if any).
Upon receipt of 3rd and final payment BM will move the website from production server onto web-server and will make the website live for public view.
